The Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM) is an annual meeting organized for economists and social researchers around the world to present their scholarly works. In 2023, University of Economics – The University of Danang, Foreign Trade University Hanoi (FTU), Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN) and French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) will be hosting the Fourteenth Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM 2023).

- Location: University of Economics – The University of Danang, Danang, Vietnam.

- Professor Long Giang-Thanh (Faculty of Economics, National Economics University (NEU), Vietnam)
- Professor Mehmet A. Ulubasoglu (Deakin Business School, Deakin University, Australia)
- Professor Minh Ha-Duong (Centre international de recherche sur l’environnement et le développement, French National Centre for Scientific Research – CIRED, CNRS, France)
- Associate Professor Mieszko Mazur (ESSCA School of Management, France)
The conference is now open to registration and paper submission. Submission and registration are free for presenters of accepted papers. All papers must be submitted in English by May 31, 2023 (5pm Hanoi time). Financial support for accommodations is available on a limited and first come first served basis. Priority is given to PhD students and early career researchers.
All submitted papers for VEAM will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The accepted papers will be uploaded on the VEAM’s website (veam.org).
Results of the review process will be announced two weeks after the deadline day. Authors whose papers are selected will be invited to present their work at the conference. All presentations are in English.
