For presenters of accepted papers, registration is done automatically and free of charge.
Participants without presenting papers are required to complete the online registration form.

Registration Fees
For participants without presenting papers, registration fee is $100/participant.
* Registration fee for participants without presenting papers include:
- Access to all presentation sessions
- (Electronic) conference materials
- Scheduled refreshments and lunches
- Welcome reception and conference dinner
Method of Payment
Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline.
Payment must be made by bank transfer with the details as follows (to be added):
Notes:
– The Receipts of Registration Fee will be issued and provided to the participants on the conference registration day.
– Bank Transfer charges must be covered by the participants. Therefore, the foreign participant has to add US$ 5-10 for the international transaction cost.
– VEAM has no refund policy in case you are unable to attend the Conference.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to e-mail veam@depocen.org
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person. Simply send an e-mail to veam@depocen.org to state your request by October 10, 2024.
