The Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM) is an annual event organized for economists and social researchers to present and exchange their scholarly studies. For nearly fifteen years, VEAM has become a leading academic forum in Vietnam with a global network of economists and other social science researchers, who come together to expand and consolidate cooperation in research. In addition, VEAM presents an opportunity for Vietnamese universities, economics and management schools, governmental agencies, and companies to discuss ongoing economic and management research from the international scholar community. Attending the VEAM, speakers and participants have opportunities to exchange their research ideas, discuss research methods, and write research papers.
Following the success of previous years, the Fourteenth Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM 2023) will be organized by the French National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS), Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN), Foreign Trade University (FTU), and The University of Da Nang – University of Economics, and will be held for two days from July 26 to July 27, 2023 in Da Nang, Vietnam.
