The Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM) is an annual meeting organized for economists and social researchers around the world to present their scholarly works by six Vietnamese universities: Foreign Trade University, University of Economics – The University of Da Nang, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, University of Economics, Hue University, Thai Nguyen University of Economics & Business Administration, University of Economics and Law and Development and Policies Research Center.
This year, the Sixteenth Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM 2025) is hosted by Thai Nguyen University of Economics & Business Administration (TUEBA), Foreign Trade University (FTU), Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN), and French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS).

The conference is now open to registration and paper submission. Submission and registration are free for presenters of accepted papers. All papers must be submitted in English by September 30, 2025 (5pm Hanoi time).
All submitted papers for VEAM will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The accepted papers will be uploaded on the VEAM’s website (veam.org).
Results of the review process will be announced two weeks after the deadline day. Authors whose papers are selected will be invited to present their work at the conference. All presentations are in English.
