The details about accommodations have been directly sent to participants via email. Please contact hotel reception and introduce yourself as a participant of VEAM 2016 when you arrive to hotel in order to be informed your room number.

There are a number of important notifications, please READ IT CAREFULLY:

  • 1. We will book hotel for you from 14:00 AUGUST 10th to 12:00 AUGUST 12th.
    In case you check in before 11:00 August 10th and check out after 12:00 and before 17:00 August 12th, you will have to pay extra 50% of the price by yourself.
    If you check out after 17:00 August 12th, you will have to pay extra 100% of the price by yourself.
  • 2. It should be noted that if you register to participation in VEAM, and VEAM+ but will not attend these events, The VEAM 2016 Organizers WILL NOT PAY for your room.
  • 3. The room that we book for you INCLUDING: breakfast and Wi-Fi. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact hotel reception. THE VEAM 2016 ORGANIZERS WILL NOT pay any other extra fee since the hotel services used by you or in case you would like to stay more.
  • 4. In case you would like to put your luggage at hotel reception after check out the hotel, please DIRECTLY CONTACT them.
